Richard is co-founder of the Integrated Media Services Organization ASTRALCOM, LLC. With over 20 years experience, Richard is responsible for all aspects of client management and business relations and is an excellent listener and communicator who works hard to ensure complete client satisfaction.

Richard’s primary business focus is assisting clients achieve success through effective strategic planning, tactical implementation and analytical review of marketing processes. With extensive knowledge in e-business processes, Internet initiatives and strategies, Richard is a Certified eMarketer (CeM), a Certified Marketing Consultant (CMC) and holds certificates in Internet Industry Knowledge, Customer Requirements Analysis and Managing People. Richard is also the recipient of the 2001 Presidential Business Advisory Commission and the 2003 California Businessman of the Year award for his work in e-government, micro-economic development and other civic contributions and activities. Richard draws on his military and psychology backgrounds to create pervasive content strategies, motivating conversion tactics and targeted audience acquisition for clients. He is also a published Internet business author and has had several articles published in The American Marketing Association, Direct Marketing Association of America and local publications.

Richard also assists in overall processes and procedures related to client project planning, social intelligence messaging, search marketing, customer touchpoint management, call-to-action scenarios and lead conversion processes.

Craig is an accomplished professional with more than 25 years of experience in operations, financial management, human resources, team building, and business development.  Recognized by peers as a confident and capable individual, Craig has adept strategic abilities coupled with a solid educational background. Erik is the Chief Technical Officer for ASTRALCOM’s search-based advertising solutions and strategy. With a primary responsibility to create an exceptional user experience across ASTRALCOM’s entire product portfolio, Erik is focused on making ASTRALCOM’s web, mobile and social optimization technologies available to a broader audience and to accelerate sound business and product design decisions.

For nearly 20 years, Erik has been a visionary behind ASTRALCOM’s software strategy and development activities. Prior to his role as CTO, Erik was the Senior Vice President for ASTRALCOM, he was responsible for leading the development of its concept design technologies and brand identity services.

Erik joined ASTRALCOM in 1997 where he worked as a senior programmer and database engineer in its web services division. He then transitioned to a more creative role in 2002 where he was responsible for both custom and commercial software projects for clients. Beginning in 2005 and for more than a decade, Erik oversaw the development of ASTRALCOM’s line-up of SEO, SEM and Social Management services.

I’m a big fan of movies and music, and I even get some free time to read a book now and then. That said, I can never pick a favorite anything. There’s so much amazing content in the world, how can you pick just one?

As the Executive Creative Director (ECD) of ASTRALCOM, Bill creates advertisements and marketing pieces that resonate with consumers and that deliver results. From creating unique and inspiring logos and corporate identities, to print adverts, billboards, broadcast and collateral, Bill’s artistic magic helps connect clients and their consumers.

Before joining ASTRALCOM in 2006, he worked for a broad selection of west coast companies and ad agencies, including E! Networks, Ryan Partnership, DDB/Needham, The Cimarron Group (CBO), Ogilvy & Mather, Chiat Day, Dailey & Associates, Publicis/Dialog, RAPP/LA, Tracy-Locke/LA, Euro RSCG Edge and Hawthorne Direct.

Along the way, he’s created successful, award-winning ads, commercials, direct response, promotional and DRTV efforts for a wide variety of consumer names including Pepsi-Cola, Universal Studios Hollywood, Minute Maid, Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank, Warner Bros., DirecTV, E! Entertainment, Blockbuster Video, Heineken, Pillsbury, Perrier, American Express, Sunkist, Cigna HealthCare, Gramercy Pictures, KB Homes, Fleetwood Homes, Hometown America, DR Horton, The Good Sam Club, Long Beach Water Department, TransAmerica and Assurant Health. Bill also played a key role in the early creative development and launch of NetZero.

Clients love Bill because of his passion for his job and the extra mile goes for each and every client. Jewell has professional experience in web and interactive design, print, brand development, presentations and project management. Her conceptual thinking fuses with her technical expertise and creative vision to bring projects from development through completion, delivering the customer’s desired outcome within budget.

To achieve her design goals, Jewell thoroughly researches clients’ product or service, along with the target audience and goals for the brand. She is adept at conceiving new design ideas while focusing on a practical user interface so that consumers have the ability to get information quickly and in a compelling format, that encourages a call-to-action.

Jewell  joined ASTRALCOM in 1997 where she worked as a Project Manager in its web services division, and later transitioned to a more creative role in 2000 where she  was responsible for both custom and commercial software projects for clients. Beginning in 2004 and for more than a decade, Jewell has been the Digital Creative Director for ASTRALCOM’s digital business services.

Jewell earned her BA in Art at the California State University at Long Beach and she currently holds certificates in Cold Fusion, HTML and Project Management. Jewell lives with her son Niko, her dog Molly in Long Beach and loves to hike, paint and draw.

With a strong background in Agency Advertising and lending an active hand in growing young start-up’s, Robyn brings nearly 7 years of experience in Account and Project Management, Brand Communications, and Digital Marketing. Serving as our token millennial, she is an expert in optimizing online marketing strategies to achieve the highest visibility rate, impressions, CTRs, and click to conversions.

Robyn has a proven excellence in relationship building and developing on-going business opportunities. Professionally known for her tenacity and willingness to do anything it takes to get the job done, she loves the process of bringing multiple moving parts together to bring great work to life.

Chris participates in calendar planning, idea generation as well as review sessions. Ultimately, Chris’s job is to create a consistent pulse maintaining a guiding force from calendar creation to media postings.

Chris was born and has lived in southern California for most of his life. He received his bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara and has lived in Zimbabwe as a Peace Corps volunteer. He enjoys traveling the world, SCUBA diving and camping in the Sierra Nevada and Joshua Tree.

Joe has an uncanny command of the English language and this translates to inspiring and engaging content interactions for the customers of ASTRALCOM’s clients.

A multifaceted individual, Joe’s background is also in music, having received his BME from Morehead State University and his MM from the University of Illinois. A former high school band director, Joe has spent many years arranging music for championship level high school marching bands as well as college and university bands. Joe has been a conductor for a long running passion play orchestra and is a trombonist, having played and conducted for all types of music including jazz, rock, and classical.

A family man at heart, Joe enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid sports fan. He has been married for 30 years, and he and his wife have three children.
