Truland Homes’ FriendRaiser Campaign

The Baldwin County Home Builders Association in Alabama holds its Parade of Homes each year. The Parade of Homes is a truly community event that highlights new construction in the area. Many builders participate and this was the second year in a row that Truland Homes had been selected as the “Showcase Builder. Our job was to capitalize on this prestigious event and use Facebook to help promote the event (before, during and after), to increase brand awareness and to engage prospective homebuyers.

When it was done, the ASTRALCOM-led effort delivered a 14% increase in likes, 150% increase in reach and a 250% increase in page engagement.

Truland Homes had this to say about the 30-day effort, “These are good results!”
